How is it possible to sell brand name, brand new clothing at great prices?

Because we sell brand new, brand name clothing from previous years, seasons and collections, often referred to as "new old stock." Some items are brand new without tags. And you can buy with confidence knowing that everything we sell is 100% guaranteed to be brand new and in perfect condition.  



RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, no. Your order passes through our processing system immediately after it is placed in order to ship it to you as fast as possible. Therefore, the system doesn't allow for changes or cancelations. Be sure to double-check everything before processing your payment!

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

No modification can be made (product, size or colour) to an order that has already been placed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Return Process

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at within this timeframe. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send back your item. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Restocking Fee

    • Standard Return: A 45% restocking fee applies.
    • Store Credit: Opt for store credit and benefit from a reduced 15% restocking fee.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
