*After discounts and before taxes. Surcharges may be applied where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or cancel it.

Delays due to circumstances beyond our control—such as snowstorms, hurricanes, credit card verification procedures, or postal strikes—will not be counted as part of the allocated delivery time.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows the status as "Delivered." If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim:
